The Patrolman pouch is built with the modern law enforcement officer / deputy in mind. The low profile design is made to attach to any PALS / MOLLE platform and requires a 4X3 footprint. The front outer pouch has two internal pouches one to fit small notebooks or protective gloves and one set of chained or linked standard handcuffs. This outer pouch is designed to angle into the pouch for a lower profile and easier to retrieve items from your belt if mounted low.  Loop velcro on the outside for ID patches. The pouch open and closes with a single heavy duty # 10 YKK silent zipper for a positive point of open and closed under low light conditions. The inside of the pouch has another pocket for a set of handcuffs. As well as an HK style clip that sewn in place for keys or other items. An additional flat pouch within for admin items or storage. The top of the pouch has a four inch slot with a bungee for your modern phone or spare long rifle mag. Manufactured in Oceanside Ca with American made fabrics.
